Grand Valley State will open play against West Texas A&M in the NCAA Division II Elite Eight Tournament on Thursday, Nov. 29 at 3:30 p.m. ET. Fans can follow the Lakers by viewing a free webcast and live stats online. Laker Athletics will be hosting a "Watch Party" in the upper arena lobby at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, where fans can view GVSU's match against West Texas A&M.

#5 Grand Valley State will play #8 West Texas A&M in the second match of the Elite Eight on Thursday afternoon. The Lakers enter the contest with a 33-3 overall record, while the Lady Buffs are 35-7. GVSU advanced to the Elite Eight by tallying a 3-2 comeback win against Lewis in the Great Lakes Region Tournament Championship match. It marks the sixth time in the last eight years that the Lakers have made the Elite Eight. West Texas A&M swept the #1 seed, Nebraska-Kearney in the Southwest Region Championship to move on to the NCAA Championships.
