2004-2005: Acre qualified and competed in the NCAA Indoor Championships and set a new school record in the weight throw with a distance of 17.69m...Acre placed second at the GLIAC Indoor Championships in the weight with a throw of 58'8"...Acre is an All-American in the hammer and the discus...Acre finished fourth in the hammer and eighth in the discus at the NCAA Outdoor Championships and was the GLIAC Champion in the hammer and discus at the 2005 GLIAC Outdoor Championships...Acre was named the 2005 GLIAC Outdoor Freshman of the Year and set a new meet record in the hammer at the Central Collegiate Championships with a throw of 56.55m.

2003-2004: Acre Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: Acre achieved All-State and Academic All-State honors three years in a row on the road to becoming the state discus champion in 2000 while competing for Lakeville...Acre was named MVP of her track team all four years of her high school career...Valedictorian of her class.

Personal Best: Indoor - Weight: 58'0" (GVSU Record)...Outdoor - Hammer: 185'6" (GVSU Record) and Discus: 157'1" (GVSU Record).

Personal: Morgan Acre was born in Davison, Michigan to parents Jim and Susan Bunch. Morgan was Valedictorian of her class at Lakeville and is currently majoring in Movement Science.
