Smith's Top Finish Helps Lakers Win East Regional

Ashley Smith shot a 79 on the final day of competition to finish first overall with a 231. Smith's round helped Grand Valley State University claim the NCAA Division II East Regional and earn a spot in the NCAA National Tournament in Houston, Tx. next week.
