2006: Ran a personal best, 9:36.67 in the 3k at the Mike Lints Challenge...Went on to set a personal best in the 5k, 16:41.51 at the Grand Rapids Championships.

2005: Outdoor, set a PR in the 1500M with a 4:24.76 at the Al Owen Classic...Set PR of 28:11.50 in the 8k at the Bulldog Cross Country Invite.

Career Best: Ran a 28:55 for the 8K at the 2003 GLIAC Cross Country Championship.

Personal: Graduated April 2005 from Grand Valley State University, summa cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Economics.

High School PR: CC- 17:26.
