Results

Grand Valley State had eight student-athletes compete in the 1500 meter run at the Long Beach State Invitational on Saturday in Long Beach, Calif. Junior Nate Peck finished in second place in the race with a time of 3:51.20.

Senior John Collins placed ninth with a time of 3:57.25, while junior Robbie Young took 10th place as he ran a 3:59.56. Junior Grant Fall ran a time of 4:00.56 for 11th place and sophomore Chris Hammer finished right behind him in 12th place (4:00.75). Junior Nick Polk placed 18th with a time of 4:03.56. Freshman Ross Faasse ran a 4:14.58 for 28th place and freshman Pat Sage placed right after him in 29th place with a time of 4:16.12. Sophomore Derek Marr finished in 39th place as he ran a time of 4:34.09.
