2006: Redshirted the indoor season...Outdoor, placed fifth in the 1500 and seventh in the 5k at the GLIAC Conference Championships running a 4:04 and a 15:26, respectively...Set a new personal best at the North Central Last Chance meet, running 5000 meters in 14:34 and qualifying for the national meet...Placed 16th at the NCAA National Championships in the 5k.

2005: Finished 12th at the Michigan Intercollegiate covering the 4k course in 12:07...Placed 10th at the GLIAC Conference meet running the 8k course in 27:13...Ran a 32:21 10k at the regional meet for a 17th place finish...Was Grand Valley's 3rd runner at the NCAA national meet, placing 32nd in the nation with a 33:07 10k, helping the team to a 4th place finish, the highest in school history.

Personal Best: Ran a time of 25:22 for the 8K...Clocked a 14:34 5K at North Central in 2006.
